All transactions on this site are in Australian Dollars(AUD) only.
We accept Paypal, Bank transfer or Money Orders from Australian customers but Paypal only from Overseas based Customers.
Customers are encouraged to ensure that all shipping address information is accurate and complete. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee time of delivery. We will generally use Australia Post for all deliveries. If a sent item has not arrived in a reasonable time please contact us. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order, we will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery, and we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
As most items are “one-off” in most cases we will be unable to offer a replacement for a lost or undelivered item, we will, however, endeavour to find an amicable solution for lost items.
If you receive a product that you believe is not to the grading or description you ordered we will, in most cases offer to refund your money. Please contact us with details via email to discuss a resolution.
